I am a Digital Designer & No-Code Developer with a business-oriented mindset. My specialties are Visual Identity Design for brands, UI/UX Design, and No-Code practice.
Feedback is the king of skills. It is the key to launching self-development. Over the course of my practice, I've learned to adequately accept feedback and give it to the designers I've trained.
MVP thinking is sewn into the principles of my work. In my career, I've created one failed startup, two of my own businesses, and now I'm co-owner of a live startup. And when I had my own agency, more than half of our clients were startups. So I know how to cook it up.
Distinguishing hot from red is a skill more difficult than it may seem. I happen to be very structured and like to put everything in its place, find and optimize connections. So I'm not afraid of big design systems and schemes.
This a good example of when the methodology has become deservedly hype. I studied it myself from video lectures and books. Now I'm sure I'm constantly looking at the world through the lens of innovation and trying to come up with different solutions to problems.
The certificate by itself means nothing. Even though I got it from SCRUM-study. The main thing - I think iteratively and know how to apply it in my work.
It may seem trivial, but not everyone can take responsibility for making decisions. I am not afraid to ask questions, get into related teams and projects, propose, and make decisions. This makes me good at both independent work and working with a team.
